T&C's
The following T&C's are a legal and binding document applicable to all products and/or services undertaken by Squiggle Design CC t/a Get Kingsley.
- All web design work requires a 50% deposit.
- All photography should be supplied in high res.
- All written content should be supplied as editable text such as a Word document in the format that the client wishes it to appear.
- Unless otherwise communicated, the client should supply any graphic images to Get Kingsley for inclusion.
- Get Kingsley cannot guarantee search positions or rankings of website, but will set your website up with all best practices such as meta tags, descriptions, structure, rich snippets, XML sitemaps etc.
- On design completion, we will give you access for 2 days to respond with amendments.
- Get Kingsley will make all changes, thereafter client will be required to pay the 50% balance. As soon as payment is received your new website will go live.
- Once the website is complete, Get Kingsley cannot be held responsible for any changes made by the client or any third party to the website, which includes but is not limited to any software updates, content changes, or loss of information. A restoration fee can be quoted and agreed to should any info be lost.
- To cover installation and set up costs, all new Get Kingsley packages are charged for 4 months in advance. Thereafter all accounts are run on a month-to-month basis.
- Get Kingsley will send invoices 7 calendar days before the end of each calendar month. Please note that all invoices must be paid before the 7th of each month.
- Due to the amount of analysis being done monthly, your analytics service reports will be allocated a certain date each month and might not be at the beginning of each month.
- Hosting and domain fees are non-refundable since they are paid in advance.
- While we do our professional best to ensure that every website we create has the best security measures in place, Get Kingsley will not be held liable for any loss of info, hacking, malicious content, viruses or security breaches to any 3rd party applications or websites.
- We reserve the right to make changes to these T&C's at any time without prior consent of any or all of our clients, employees, independent contractors, affiliates, agents, agencies or any other 3rd party agreements.
